CANCELLATION POLICY
A card on file is required to reserve all appointments. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Thank you for respecting my time, as each appointment is reserved just for you! In certain first-time situations, I may offer a one-time courtesy adjustment when appropriate.
